چکیده
In order to improve the hydraulic performance of multistage centrifugal pumps through utilization auxiliary blades, this paper presents an optimization these blades using orthogonal experiments and grey relational analysis. The scheme for blade structure resulted as follows: Z = 2, R 46.9 mm, W 2.5. vicinity optimal operating point, optimized showed a 6% increase in head compared original scheme. was not significant at low flow rates, but high exhibited substantial head, approximately 23% higher than Using L9(34) array, quantity (Z), inner diameter (R), width (W) were selected factors, each with three levels, design nine different impeller structures. An entire field numerical simulation five-stage pump conducted designs, obtaining under rated working conditions. Based on range analysis method experiment, derived, primary secondary factors affecting found be (W), (Z) blades. accuracy experimental results may have been influenced by factor level dimensions, verify results, top experiment. A prototype created according solution, which conditions presented total efficiency 32.6% 41.39 m, significantly without This combination is suitable pumps. approach can accurately infer effect geometric parameters their corresponding solutions.

Design and Performance Analysis of Centrifugal Pump
This paper deals with the design and performance analysis of centrifugal pump. In this paper, centrifugal pump is analyzed by using a single-stage end suction centrifugal pump. Two main components of a centrifugal pump are the impeller and the casing. The impeller is a rotating component and the casing is a stationary component. In centrifugal pump, water enters axially through the impeller eye...

متن کاملDetermination of settlement trough width and optimization of soil behavior parameters based on the design of experiment method (DOE)
The expansion of the settlement trough is an important factor in the risk assessment of the tunneling induced settlement. The increase of settlement trough requires buildings to be included in the impact zone, which causes damages. This paper conducts estimation of the settlement trough width (STW) using empirical approaches, field measurement data and numerical solutions. The credibility of th...
